Hunter Lift’s laminated J-hook ladle beams are designed for the demanding needs of foundries and steel mills. Built with reinforced laminated steel and forged J-hooks, these beams support the safe and stable transfer of ladles during pouring or maintenance operations. Each unit is engineered based on your ladle size, hook spacing, and lifting system.
We fabricate our laminated ladle beams and hooks to ensure load balance and high thermal tolerance, minimizing stress on both the beam and the crane. All beams are manufactured in the U.S. to meet ASME B30.20 and ASME BTH-1 standards.
Repair time was good and of course, the quality is excellent.
