This automatic aouble work roll lifter or double work handling is used to move two work rolls simultaneously and uses an automatic latching mechanism. Double work roll handling is commonly fitted with brass liners to protect the roll surface during lifting. Automatic double work rol lifter can be designed to move the roll with or without chocks. Chock stabilizers can be added to prevent chock rotation during operation but are typically not needed. The automatic double work roll tong is a safer method of lifting than using a cable to lift the roll. Check out our other crane roll attachments.
