Automatic Vertical Coil Tong

This tong is used to move single coils in the eye-to-the-sky position and uses an automatic latching mechanism. The design offers a very secure method for carrying coils. Its advantages over magnets are; it works well throughout a wide range of temperatures and it works with misaligned coil edges. It has an extremely high grip ratio and is considered a friction type tong.
